Welcome to the Learning Management System (LMS) of Lal Bahadur Shastri Training Institute (LBSTI). By accessing or using our website, online courses, learning materials, and related services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our LMS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing a course, or accessing any content available on the LBSTI LMS, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Student Registration

  • Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Sharing your username or password with others is strictly prohibited.

  • One account is intended for one student only.

3. Course Access

  • Course access begins after successful payment (if applicable).

  • Access duration depends on the course purchased.

  • LBSTI reserves the right to modify, update, or improve course content without prior notice.

  • Some courses may include live sessions, recorded lectures, assignments, quizzes, downloadable resources, and certificates.

4. Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as per government regulations.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once a course has been accessed or learning materials have been downloaded, the course fee is generally non-refundable.

  • Refund requests, if applicable, will be considered only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of LBSTI management.

  • Technical issues caused by the student’s device or internet connection shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials including:

  • Video lectures

  • PDF notes

  • Presentations

  • Assignments

  • Quizzes

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Audio

  • Software

are the intellectual property of Lal Bahadur Shastri Training Institute (LBSTI) and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

Students may use these materials only for personal educational purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Students must not:

  • Share course videos publicly.

  • Upload course materials to YouTube or social media.

  • Copy or distribute study materials.

  • Record live classes without written permission.

  • Sell or reproduce any course content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the LMS or other student accounts.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without any refund.

8. Certificate Policy

Course completion certificates will be issued only after successfully meeting the institute’s completion requirements, which may include attendance, assignments, quizzes, projects, or examinations.

LBSTI reserves the right to withhold certificates if these requirements are not fulfilled.

9. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful behavior during live classes.

  • Complete assignments honestly.

  • Avoid plagiarism.

  • Follow instructor guidelines.

  • Use the LMS responsibly.

10. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection.

  • A compatible computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

  • Updated web browser.

  • Required software (if applicable).

LBSTI shall not be liable for interruptions caused by personal technical issues.

11. Privacy

Student information is collected only for educational, administrative, and communication purposes.

LBSTI will not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law or necessary for providing educational services.

12. Limitation of Liability

LBSTI shall not be liable for:

  • Internet interruptions

  • Device failures

  • Temporary server downtime

  • Loss of personal data due to user negligence

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the LMS

13. Course Updates

LBSTI may update, modify, replace, or discontinue any course, feature, or learning resource without prior notice to improve the quality of education.

14. Account Suspension

LBSTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student account for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

  • Misuse of LMS resources

  • Sharing login credentials

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Copyright infringement

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.

16. Changes to Terms

LBSTI may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website and LMS. Continued use of the LMS after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
